A 29-year-old man was shot and killed outside a North Philadelphia recreation center Monday night.
Tyreese Hardy, of the 2500 block of North Gratz Street, was shot multiple times in his chest and back outside of Hank Gathers Rec Center, at 25th and Diamond streets, about 8:36 p.m., police said.
Hardy was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:44 p.m.
Police did not release a motive for the fatal shooting, which remains under investigation. No arrests have been made.
