Man Killed in Wissinoming Shooting

A man was killed in Wissinoming last night during what police believe was a drug robbery.

Officers responding to a shooting at Comly and Milnor streets around 9:15 p.m. found Joel Henderson, 28, of the 5000 block of Homestead Street, lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds.

He was taken to Aria-Torresdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after 10 p.m.

The shooter and two unknown black men fled in a silver Nissan sedan. No arrests have been made.
