A man was shot early Monday in Philadelphia’s Frankford section.
Police found several vials of narcotics at the scene of the shooting, which occurred about 12:30 a.m. at Griscom and Arrott streets, NBC10 reports.
The victim was rushed to a hospital. He had been shot in his stomach. His condition was not immediately known.
