A 60-year-old man is in critical condition after he was struck by a bus in Tioga-Nicetown Wednesday night.
The accident happened about 10:30 p.m. at 23rd and Venango streets, 6ABC Action News reports.
A Route R bus was pulling away from a stop there, when a man trying to catch up to the bus got his legs caught in the vehicle’s wheels.
