Street fairs don’t usually include tables manned by celeb chefs like Bobby Flay and Geoffrey Zakarian — but Savor Borgata isn’t your average one. The foodie weekend, Nov. 7 and 8, is designed to show off the casino-hotel’s roster of top chefs who have eateries on-site, with cooking demos and classes, tastings and the Street Eats fair.
Bobby Flay, Wolfgang Puck, Geoffrey Zakarian, Stephen Kalt, restaurateur brothers Greg and Marc Sherry and Philly’s own Michael Schulson(Sampan, Independence Beer Garden) will helm culinary stations during Street Eats. Mike Jerrick of Fox 29’s “Good DayPhiladelphia” will host.
Tickets for the Nov. 8 fair ($89) and full details on all of the Savor Borgata events are at www.theborgata.com.
