Milton Street votes, thinks he’ll win

At a Northeast Philadelphia polling place with more TV cameras inside than people, T. Milton Street Sr. brought his great-grandson Zion into the voting machine to watch this morning. Here are a few pictures from there, and his next stop at Frankford Transportation Center, along with video.
