As 2024 begins to unwind, it’s time to take a look back at the year that was in Philadelphia real estate. In 2024, Philly not only saw higher peaks in activity in the luxury real estate market but also more consistent luxury homes sold despite lower general activity.

1) 603 W Hartwell Ln. | $6,615,000
