A North Philadelphia shooting left one man critical this afternoon – and resulted in a police-related car accident as a cruiser sped to the scene.
A man, 22, was shot twice in the back on the 3600 block of Germantown Avenue around 12:30 p.m. and taken to Temple University Hospital in critical condition. No arrests have yet been made.
