Narbeth man charged with secretly photographing women in King of Prussia mall

The Radnor Township Police Department announced Monday that charges were filed against a man who allegedly secretly photographed and filmed women in their homes and while in dressing rooms at retail stores.

Sean Moses, 37, of Narberth, is charged with invasion of privacy and criminal use of a communication device for recording women and posting images and videos on pornographic websites.

Police say that they were first alerted by a Villanova University student who reported in September 2014 that she and her female roommate suspected they had been videotaped after seeing a light outside their window. Investigators found video of those students posted online on Xhamster.com, a pornographic website.

Police say they discovered in Moses’ possession videos of teenage girls and their mothers in changing rooms at Forever 21 and Express stores in the King of Prussia mall, and of other women in Bryn Mawr.

Moses filmed the videos in stores with adjacent male and female fitting rooms by holding a camera to gaps between the rooms, police said.

Police said Moses had posted 86 videos of women on Xhamster who are not aware they are being filmed, as well as 69 videos of women and underage girls in changing rooms at theForever 21 store at the King of Prussia mall, and 15 videos of women inside their homes in Bryn Mawr.

He had also uploaded two videos of a 2013 Villanova University swim meet entitled “Swimmers Series.”

Police executed a search warrant at Moses’ home in January where he admitted to recording and uploading the videos and told officers he had “a problem with this stuff.”
