Bluebird Distilling

Speaking of Char & Stave spirits, local brand Bluebird Distilling has partnered up with the business to produce a special coffee-centric sipper.

As a release notes, the Char & Stave Coffee Liqueur and Char & Stave Café Amaro from Bluebird is made using Char & Stave’s signature coffee-roasted beans and Bluebird Distilling’s scratch-made spirit base. Both liqueurs will be available online and will ship to 42 states nationwide; in addition to Pennsylvania Fine Wine & Spirit stores, and at both Char & Stave locations beginning on National Coffee Day, Sunday, Sept. 29.

“We’ve been producing craft spirits at Bluebird Distilling for just about ten years – I’m very excited to introduce our Char & Stave coffee brand to the spirits world, as well,” said Jared Adkins,  founder and master distiller of Bluebird Distilling in a statement. “Our coffee liqueurs are made to be versatile – our fans have been enjoying the new spirits at their favorite Philadelphia-region bars and restaurants, but now coffee lovers can get quality coffee liqueur and café amaro shipped directly to their door – nationwide.”
