Where to celebrate National Hot Chocolate Day 2022 in Philly

Winter imbibers are never at a loss in Philadelphia. And that notion is even sweeter when it comes to National Hot Chocolate Day. What’s the best way to celebrate? By raising a glass of course.

For those looking to participate and kick next week off right, here’s where to indulge in the  holiday (Jan. 31) in the City of Brotherly Love.

Celebrate at Milkboy for National Hot Chocolate Day 2022Provided

Devil’s Den

The South Philly establishment is offering up their signature sipper, the spiked hot chocolate this Monday. The drink is composed of house-infused candy cane vodka, dark melting chocolate, cream, sugar and water— and the specialty sipper is enjoyed best by the wood-burning double-sided rustic fireplace located indoors.

Customers can order the drink with their Maplehofe Dairy whole milk (which is classified as not too sweet) for $4 plus tax; or sub in Oatly brand oat milk for $4.25 plus tax. Philadelphians can also amp up the flavor with an optional add-on of vanilla, cinnamon, simple syrup and so on.
