A Mano

A Mano has made its mark on Philadelphia’s Italian scene as a destination for fresh, thoughtfully prepared handmade pasta. The BYOB’s highlights from the pasta portion of the seasonal menu include Rigatoni Bolognese with sofrito and whipped ricotta, Cavatelli with broccoli rabe, pecorino, chili, and lemon, and Frutti di Mare, comprised of squid ink lumache with calamari, shrimp, mussels, and ‘nduja.
