Those looking to indulge and celebrate National Pumpkin Day in Philadelphia are in luck. We’ve rounded up some of the best treats and eats surrounding the seasonal flavor to check out for the holiday (Oct. 26.)

Cake Life Bake Shop

Pumpkin desserts are a staple during spooky season, and Cake Life Bake Shop in Fishtown has plenty of options on that front. The artisanal bakery offers Pumpkin Cookie Pies ($6.50), aka two pumpkin cookies with a tangy cream cheese frosting and a chocolate stem, and Pumpkin Maple Cupcakes ($5), made with pumpkin cake and maple-spiked cream cheese frosting (also available as a cake.)

The bakery’s pumpkin offerings are available for in-store pick-up and delivery via Uber Eats – customers can pre-order online now. Note, orders must be completed by 2 p.m. four days prior to the desired pick-up or delivery date.

Nightmare Before Tinsel

The seasonal Halloween bar is not only a great themed venue to celebrate the season, it also holds a few different ways to sip on the popular flavor. According to a release, in addition to a variety of pumpkin ciders and ales, Nightmare Before Tinsel also offers the OMG! Oh My Gourd ($13) shot crafted with White Claw Vodka, spiced pumpkin purée and caramel.

For National Pumpkin Day in Philadelphia, Jansen will be offering a spiced Pumpkin Flip crafted with chai-infused dark rum, fresh roasted pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, one whole egg, and fresh ginger for two nights only (Oct. 25 and 26). Visitors can pair the cocktail with some of the Mt. Airy locale’s new American fare.

Assembly is serving up a few different sippers to celebrate National Pumpkin Day in Philadelphia. For those looking to imbibe in the popular flavor at home, Bluebird Distilling offers a limited-edition Spiced Pumpkin Dark Rum ($45, 80 proof, 750ml) this time of year. The dark rum is flavored with autumnal spices and a pinch of cane sugar, and its distilled and bottled on-site. The pumpkin-flavored sipper boasts tasting notes of caramel, nutmeg, and vanilla is available for purchase at Bluebird Distilling and both Char & Stave locations (in Chestnut Hill and Ardmore.)
