The second annual Philadelphia Collection, a 13-day series of local fashion events, kicks off tonight with a celebration of the XIX Most Fashionable Women in Philadelphia.
The awards will be presented by Nicole Miller at XIX at the Bellevue and followed by a party at The Palm celebrating Philadelphia Style‘s Fall 2011 issue, which features Miller on the cover.
With over 100 events this year, the Philadelphia Collection aims to showcase the city’s style and bolster the local fashion economy.
