No answers yet in female body found

Officials in Atlantic City and Philadelphia didn’t announce whether an autopsy determined if the body found in the Schuylkill River on Tuesday was a 19-year-old woman kidnapped during a brutal home invasion at the shore in late March.

Philadelphia police referred calls to Atlantic City Police, which referred calls to the Atlantic County prosecutor’s office, which investigates homicide cases from the resort town.

On March 26, Nadirah Ruffin,19, was forced from an apartment in Atlantic City’s troubled “Back Maryland” neighborhood at gunpoint by four masked people who ransacked the place and duct-taped Ruffin and others.
