Detectives are looking for three men responsible for an armed carjacking last week at a North Philadelphia shopping center.
Surveillance video released Tuesday shows the suspects getting out of a blue Mazda and robbing a male victim, who had returned to his vehicle after double-parking in front of a Wingstop on the 2900 block of Roberts Avenue, in the same plaza as the Fox Street Shoprite.
The carjacking occurred Monday, Jan. 2, according to police. Investigators said the Mazda four-door sedan circled the lot before parking near the man’s car.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Northwest Detective Division at 215-686-3353/3354; call or text 215-686-8477; or submit a tip at www.phillypolice.com/forms/submit-a-tip.
