Northeast Philly car wash employee dead in freak accident

Police are investigating after a mishap at a Northeast Philadelphia car wash killed an employee Monday morning.

The worker, a 22-year-old man, was wiping the rear windows of a gray Dodge Durango SUV when the truck managed to strike him. The employee wasstruck a second time by another vehicle, a red Honda Accord,exiting the car wash, according to 6ABC.

The incident occurred at theKrewsin Klean Car Wash on Krewstown Road in Bustleton.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are investigating the incident, and no charges have been filed.
