This Thursday, May 26, the Northern Liberties area will be setting up shop for another annual Night Market. From 5 to 10 p.m., the new semi-annual food festival will take over N. 2nd Street in the heart of the area’s restaurant row, and will feature almost 50 food trucks, mobile vendors, restaurants, bars, makers and merchants.
As a release states, for the second outing, look for A Taste of Philly, Bake ‘n Bacon, Brood Coffee Truck, Byz. Empire Food Truck, Calle del Sabor, Chank’s Grab-N-Go, Dr. Brownies, Dr. Wutzit’s Wonder Balls, Haagen-Dazs, Hello Vietnam, Korea Taqueria, Li Ping Corn Company, Moocheeze, Moshava, Papermill Foods, Piccola Italia, Rita’s Italian Ice, Taqueria Dos Hermanos, The Little Sicilian, The Munchy Machine, VeganMe Please, Wok Works and many more.
For outdoor sips and libations, Philadelphians can indulge in cocktails by Standard Tap, margaritas by El Camino Real, locally-brewed beer by Urban Village Brewing Co., cocktails by Bourbon and Branch, and beer and wine by Spuntino Wood Fired Pizzeria.
While at the Night Market, guests can also check out entertainment from DJ Frosty, with other musical surprises to be announced. Makers setting up shop at the Night Market will include the new eco-store and pop-up Ray’s Reusables, SCB Naturals, Snug Baby, Pretty Nerdy Crafts, Maker Missya, ArtbyAlicia and After Oak to name a few.
