Acclaimed Hollywood star and Downingtown, Pennsylvania native Myles Teller is bringing a taste of Finland home just in time for the holiday season.

Inspired by Finland’s national drink, lonkero, or long drink, The Finnish Long Drink is making its debut in Pennsylvania later this month. With two flavors heading to PA, traditional citrus and zero-sugar citrus, The Finnish Long Drink provides a bevy of crisp, refreshing beverages.

First launching in 2018, The Finnish Long Drink has quickly become one of the fastest-growing spirit-based brands worldwide, and with the help of co-owner Miles Teller, Pennsylvanians can enjoy the the authentic taste of the happiest country on Earth, as named by the World Happiness Report for a seventh consecutive year.

“I’m very excited to finally have Long Drink made and sold in my home state of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvanians deserve the best and that’s what we’re bringing them,” said Teller.

Co-founded by Finns Sakari Manninen, Mikael Taipale and Ere Manner, alongside American entrepreneur, Evan Burns, The Finnish Long Drink first debuted in 2018. Shortly after, Teller happened upon the drink in 2019 while visiting a local bodega in the lower east side, where he used to reside.

Teller was so fond of the drink that he would become a co-owner shortly thereafter and help over see their impressive growth.

Since then, the brand has doubled its sales year-over-year, surpassing 2 million cases in 2023, and was even named “the fastest-growing spirit brand in the world” by The Spirits Business. In addition to Teller, notable investors include Jay-Z’s Marcy Venture Partners, professional golfers Rickie Fowler and Justin Thomas, and DJ Kygo.

“The Finnish Long Drink has become a sensation in the U.S., and we’re thrilled to finally bring it to Pennsylvania,” said Sakari Manninen, co-founder of The Finnish Long Drink. “From our first sip in America, we knew we were onto something special, and the response has been incredible. With over 100 million cans expected to sell in the U.S. this year, it’s clear that Americans have fallen in love with this drink’s bold, crisp taste and rich Finnish heritage. Expanding to Pennsylvania marks a huge step in our journey to share this authentic story and flavor with even more people.”

So this holiday season, enjoy an authentic taste of Finland, brought to you by one of Pennsylvania’s own.
