A former U.S. Rep. from Pennsylvania, who ran unsuccessfully for U.S. Senate against Pat Toomey and plans to run against Toomey again in 2016, Sestakwas in Newtown Square at the Marple-Newtown July 4 parade when the hijinks were recorded.
Sestak’s campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
