Parks on Tap is the traveling beer garden that gives back

Parks on Tap has returned with its first full traveling season since the pandemic—popping up in 18 locations over 23 weeks. The traveling beer garden offers a unique experience for both Philadelphia locals and tourists alike to explore the natural beauty in various communities around the city.

Patrons can enjoy freshly prepared bites, local beers on tap, non-alcoholic beverages in some of Philadelphia’s most beautiful parks. The season kicked off in East Fairmount Park at Azalea Gardens and is visiting Columbus Square now through April 23.

Staying true to its slogan, the beer garden that gives back, FCM Hospitality will be doing a direct donation to the specific parks they visit. On the first two hours of the first day of Parks on Tap’s stay, 25% of sales will be donated directly to the park.

In addition to providing a variety of local craft beers, patrons can also expect wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. A food menu will be available for purchase at all locations highlighting a grab-and-go menu of locally sourced wraps and snacks.

Parks on Tap is family and fido friendly. The beer garden is self-contained within roped boundaries, providing its own power, bathrooms, food and drink trucks, seating, shade and lights — all without use or dependency of existing park facilities. This means more money can be raised and make a direct impact on park improvements and future programming.

Season hours for Parks on Tap are currently Wednesday to Friday, 4 to 10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 10 p.m., weather permitting. For more information, visit www.parksontap.com.
