Peter Luukko, long-time president and chief operating officer of Comcast-Spectacor, resigned his position.
The Philadelphia-based sports and entertainment company, which owns and manages the Wells Fargo Center as well as other venues in the Delaware Valley, named retired Comcast Cable executive Dave Scott as its new president.
Gary Rostick, who recently served as CFO of Comcast Business Services, was appointed the new chief financial officer.
All changes are effective immediately.
Luukko, who spent 25 years with the company, will cash in his stake in the company.
Comcast-Spectacor, which is controlled by Comcast, is chaired by Ed Snider.
