Philadelphia police are investigating two overnight shootings that left two young men injured.
One victim remained in critical condition as of about 9 a.m. Monday, police said.
The first shooting occurred on the 4400 block of City Avenue about 12:35 a.m. A 23-year-old man was shot once in his arm.
The victim drove himself from City Avenue to the 7200 block of Torresdale Avenue, where he contacted police from a gas station. He was taken to Aria Health-Torresdale, where he is listed in stable condition.
At about 2:50 a.m., a 21-year-old man was shot seven times in North Philadelphia, police said. The shooting happened at 17th and West York streets.
The victim is in critical condition at Temple University Hospital.
No arrests have been made in either case. Police did not have any suspect information available this morning.
