Philadelphia’s annual Puerto Rican Day Parade took place on Sunday, Sept. 28.
The celebration featured traditional music, dance, and poetry, transforming the Benjamin Franklin Parkway into a lively showcase of heritage and community.
The parade featured approximately 1,500 marchers, with more than 5,000 attendees, according to event organizers.
The festival offers an opportunity for residents and visitors alike to experience the richness of Puerto Rican and broader Latino culture, highlighting music, art, and performance in the heart of the city. From energetic dance troupes to colorful floats, the parade was a full day of celebration for people of all ages.
