Philadelphians recently enjoyed an extra sweet treat during a free concert from Arthaus on the Avenue of the Arts. Sweetheart Serenade featured a duet of University of the Arts singers performing songs by Frank Sinatra, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran and Hency Mancini from a pop-up stage on the 7th floor of the luxury condominium construction site. After the concert, the public was invited to ride the open air construction lift and experience the beautiful views from the building’s top floors. Arthaus is a $253 million 47-story curated-amenity condominium high-rise on the Avenue of the Arts featuring 108 luxury residences. The first residents are scheduled to move in February 2022.
