A Philadelphia-based cake decorating company is now creating edible chocolate Polaroids.
Philly Cake Art’s “Cocoagraphs” are ethically-sourced, Fair Trade chocolate bars printed with vintage-style user-submitted photos – including those taken through Hipstamatic or Instagram.
“These completely edible chocolate photographs bring back the nostalgia of the POLAROID in a unique and charming way,” the company’s website reads. “These distinctive creations called COCOAGRAPHS combine our love of vintage, photography and of course CHOCOLATE!”

The palatable photos are currently only available through the company’s Etsy store, where six 2.75-inch white, milk or dark chocolate squares cost $42 and three “Polaroid-size” 3.5 by 4.25-inch squares cost $27. Each order takes about seven days to create.
Users will soon be able to upload and purchase the treats through a dedicated website.
