A Philadelphia police officer was arrested today for an August 11 sexual assault.
Keith Corley II, 27, of the 100 block of Cobbs Creek Parkway, is charged with rape and related offenses.
A woman claimed she asked Corley, who was on duty, for a ride to the 69th Street Terminal from a bus stop on Cobbs Creek Parkway. He instead allegedly drove her to a nearby parking lot and forced her to perform a sex act.
Corley is a 4-year veteran of the Department. Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey suspended him for 30 days with the intent to dismiss
