What’s better than a pop-up party? A pop-up party on a rooftop — that’s what! Last night, La Soiree Sunset party took place on the roof of The Griffin. Each time, the location is kept secret until the day of the event, so who knows if this party will ever happen at this spot again!
Drinks were flowing and attendees munched on skewers of beef and chicken, hot dogs and hamburgers, conceptualized by Teddy Sourias, owner of Bru and U-Bahn as well as Uptown Beer Garden.
Teddy commented that he always enjoyed fun Sunday brunch dance parties and whipped up this idea just in the past week for friends and Philly’s fashionable set. This just might become a monthly event at a secret location near you.
