PHOTOS: Philly Zoo seeks names for new red panda cubs

For the first time, two baby red pandas were exhibited to the public at the Philadelphia Zoo on Wednesday.

The two red pandas were born on June 26, and there is a competition to help name the siblings on the Zoo’s website and Facebook.

“We are asking your help in naming this very cute brother and sister pair. Post one male and one female name suggestion,” the Philadelphia Zoo posted on its Facebook. “We are taking suggestions until Sunday at Midnight, and on Monday at noon voting will begin.”

So far, popularsuggestions include Philand Adelphia, Betsy (Betsy Ross) and Benji(Benjamin Franklin), Kazoo and Calliope, and more.
