PHOTOS: Please Touch Museum 40th Anniversary Gala

The Please Touch Museum was founded in 1976 by Portia Sperr, a Montessori educator. Last night, the acclaimed children’s museum celebrated its 40th anniversary. Its President and CEO, Patricia Wellenbach, welcomed guests to the cocktail party-styled soiree. Brulee catered the event and attendees could even enter a raffle to win either diamond earrings or a wagon filled with liquor. During the program portion of the evening, Lisa & Gie Liem and PNC Grow Up Great were honored for their impact on children’s lives.
