On August 15, super producer Wyclef Jean, Power 99’s Doc B and New York’s Power 105.1’s DJ Rey-Mo hosted the Rémy Producer Series at 1925 Lounge, the first to be held in Philadelphia.
Three producers competed to advance to the next round — Beats all Day Remy, D.H. the Composer and Remy Beats. In the end, D.H. the Composer from Philadelphia was announced as the fifth semi-finalist at the event.
Doc B also did a 30- minute interview with Wyclef called “Tech Talk” where they discussed his biggest hits and the stories behind them. Wyclef also offered advice for aspiring musicians.
The next event takes place in New York on Monday, August 22 with Roc Nation producer, Jahlil Beats.
