The Free Library held its annual fundraising gala over the weekend, with an appropriately literary theme: “Through the Looking Glass: A Wonderland Ball” celebrated the 150th anniversary of Lewis Carroll’s “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.”
The elegant Free Library of PhiladelphiaParkway branch was turned into a whimsical, colorful party space, with black tie-clad guests dining, dancing, and bidding in a live auction, in support of the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation.
