It’s easy to celebrate Red October in the city with these special treats, eats and viewing opportunities. Here are a few fun ways to commemorate and watch the Phillies in the postseason.
Hard Rock Cafe Philadelphia
Those looking to celebrate Red October in Philadelphia can head to Center City’s Hard Rock Cafe to try the return of the venue’s Red October-tini. The cocktail is made with a blend of passion fruit and mango puree, orange juice, fresh lime juice, grenadine, Absolut Vanilla vodka, then finished with Riondo prosecco. Fans can sip on the new concoction while watching the game on any of the multiple TVs around the venue.

Puttshack Philadelphia
Puttshack offers a spot to not only to watch the Phillies in the playoffs (with multiple TVs taking over its space), but also a way to play automated mini golf using “trackball technology.” Each player will create a unique player profile, synced to their own individual golf ball at the start of gameplay. Engineered with a microprocessor, this golf ball tracks the player’s score, bonus points earned, which holes have been played, and more.
Puttshack is also offering some themed local specials for the occasion on its menu, including “Philadelphia Tailpipes” ($14), aka spring rolls filled with roasted pork, provolone cheese and garlic grilled broccoli rabe served with applesauce dip, and the Cheesesteak Flatbread ($16) with house-made cheese whiz, shaved roast beef, grilled onions and peppers.

Crate & Press Glenside
To celebrate the Phillies in the playoffs, Glenside Juice Bar will be giving away their ‘Red October’ cold-pressed juice to their first 100 customers after each Phillies series win. This is the 4th year that proprietors John Preston and Joe Sparacio have been serving up this special.
“Red October isn’t just baseball playoff season, it’s a tradition that brings the entire region together to rally behind our beloved Phillies,” says Preston. “That childhood memory of everyone rallying together has stuck with me, and now I want to create that sense of connection in our community. While the Phillies will certainly bring the heat, we’re excited to be bringing the juice.”
The red juice boasts cold-pressed beet, apple, strawberry, watermelon, and lime juices, and can be paired with any of the brand’s fresh sandwiches, bowls, wraps, flatbreads, salads and more.

To celebrate the playoffs run, the fresh locale is debuting the Go Phils! Red Hot October special burger. The bite is made with Vidalia onions, jalapeños, Bully Burger Sauce, lettuce, tomato and cooper sharp american cheese.
