Police Arrest Two Men in North Philly Club Shooting

A man was shot outside a North Philadelphia club early this morning.

The victim, 23, was sitting in a cab outside of Club Oasis on the 3000 block of Germantown Avenue when he heard gunshots erupt around 1:30 a.m. and was struck in the leg. A second man standing outside the club waiting for friends felt bullets whizzing by his head and dropped to the pavement for cover. He was not hit.

Police arrested two men, Harlee Campbell, 19, of the 300 block of Master Street and Mark Nelson, 20, of the 300 block of West Spencer Street. Each are charged with two counts of assault and firearms violations.
