Police have identified the man wanted in connection with two armed robberies of fast food restaurants in Northwest Philadelphia.
Jerome Edwards of the 1900 block of Church Street is wanted for the robbery of a Wendy’s on the 5500 block of Wayne Avenue on August 16 and for breaking through a drive-thru window of a McDonald’s on the 2200 block of Stenton Avenue on August 18.
Edwards is currently on federal probation and is considered armed and extremely dangerous.
He is described as a 5’10” to 6′ black male in his early 30s with a thin, muscular build and multiple tattoos.
The Citizen’s Crime Commission (215-546-TIPS) is offering a reward for information leading to his apprehension and police ask anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts to call Det. D. O’Neill or
