Police Identify Mother Who Fatally Stabbed Two Children

Police have released the name of the Point Breeze woman who is charged with fatally stabbing her two children, aged 8 and 12.

Chanthy Mao, 27, is charged with two counts of murder and related offenses.

Mao was arrested at the scene of the crime last night around 5:30 p.m. on the 1700 block of South 18th Street.
