Police are investigating a Frankford double shooting.
A man, 29, was discovered on the 1600 block of Dyre Street around 9 p.m. with gunshot wounds to the stomach, genitals and legs. He was taken to Aria-Torresdale Hospital, where he is in stable condition.
A second man, 20, was located by police at Cooper Medical Center in Camden, where he was being treated for a gunshot wound to the head. He is also stable.
Details are unclear, but police believe the men were wounded in the same location in a connected incident. One man may have driven to the New Jersey hospital in an attempt to evade discovery by Philadelphia authorities.
