Police look for missing ‘at risk’ man last seen leaving work in Philadelphia

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 27-year-old “at-risk” man who was last seen leaving his job in Philadelphia last week.

John Kohlbecker is described as a white man, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 135 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes, according to New Jersey State Police.

The 27-year-old, who police describe as an “at risk” person, was last seen leaving his job in Philadelphia on Feb. 11.

On Sunday, police recovered Kohlbecker’s 1995 white Toyota Camry, with Pennsylvania license plate JXA5834, at the Green Bank State Forest Station in Wharton State Forest in New Jersey.

Anyone who has information that can help safely locate Kohlbecker is asked to call 911 or contact the New Jersey State Police Major Crimes Unite at 609-561-1800 ext. 3355.
