Police Make Arrest in Fatal Wissinoming Hit-and-Run

Police made an arrest in the hit-and-run death of a Wissinoming woman last month.

Angel Roque, 28, of the 4800 block of Devereaux Avenue, was arrested yesterday for allegedly striking Joyce Kenny, 46, with his GMC pick-up truck on the 5400 block of Torresdale Avenue and then driving away. Kenny was pronounced dead on the scene.

Roque is charged with homicide by vehicle, driving under the influence, tampering with evidence and related offenses.
