Police Release Identity of Germantown Shooting Victim

Police have released the identity of a woman killed in Germantown yesterday morning.

38-year-old Christine O’Neill of Clifton Heights was discovered on the 5001 block of Sheldon Street around 9:45 a.m. after police responded to reports of gunshots.

She was found sitting in the driver’s seat of a white Mercury Sable parked in a rear driveway with a gunshot wound to the head and pronounced dead fifteen minutes later.

Police are still investigating.
