Police are searching for a suspect in an early-morning West Philadelphia armed robbery.
The victim was walking on the 5900 block of Chestnut Street around 3:40 a.m. when a man armed with a shotgun ordered him to get down on the ground and empty his pockets.
The thief made away with $40, a cell phone and a driver’s license. He is described as a 150-lb black man between 17 and 18 years old.
