Philadelphia police have arrested a woman who was they say was caught on a surveillance camera stealing flowers from a flower box attached to the porch of a home in South Philadelphia this March.

Danielle Dimeo, 44, allegedly yanked 14 flowers outside a home on the 2100 block of South 10th Street in South Philadelphia shortly after 2 a.m. on March 21. Police said she put the pilfered plants in a large bag shortly and fled southbound on 10th Street.
