Authorities are trying identify a suspect who sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl last month in South Philadelphia.
On Sept. 21, at around 10:30 p.m., the man entered a house on the 2500 block of S. 3rd Street and went into the teenager’s room with a flashlight and began going through the drawers of her dresser, according to police.
After assaulting the victim, he left the home with the girl’s wallet and was last spotted walking on the 2600 block of S. Hancock Street, authorities said.
Police on Thursday released surveillance video of the suspect. Investigators described him as a Hispanic male in his late teens or early 20s with a medium build, curly hair and goatee.
