Police have arrested a 19-year-old man and 16-year-old girl for allegedly beating and kicking a man into a coma and leaving an identifiable sneaker print on his face.
Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood said the 34-year-old victim was walking home around 1:30 a.m. and, according to one of the alleged attackers, “either said something to or bumped into” Jeremiah Alexander, of Hampton Road. Alexander and the girl allegedly followed the unidentified victim before beating him “almost to death.”
