Police have ruled the death of a woman found on a Kensington street a homicide.
A white female, approximately 35 years old, was discovered at 4:11 a.m. lying on the 3200 block of H Street. The woman suffered head trauma, but it is not yet known if she was beaten or shot.
She was pronounced dead on the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
