Port Richmond IHOP robbed this morning

Philadelphia police are searching for two suspects who robbed an International House of Pancakes in the city’s Port Richmond section earlier this morning.

The robbery occurred at the IHOP restaurant on the 3400 block of Aramingo Avenue about 7:10 a.m., CBS Philly reports.Two masked suspects entered the restaurant and announced a robbery before fleeing the business with about $500.

No one was injured during the robbery. The CBS Philly report did not specify whether a weapon was used.

Police reportedly recovered a gold mask worn by one of the robbers on the 2200 block of Tioga Street.
