Join us today for a talk with Kathy Padilla, the Deputy Director of Aviation for Diversity and Inclusion for the City of Philadelphia Division of Aviation. Ms. Padilla is responsible for accessibility, language access, and civil rights for the Philadelphia Airports. She speaks about her mother as an example of female leadership, and highlights that the most significant barrier to female leadership today is the current state of the country, in which people’s rights are actively being taken away.
