The indictment does not specify the ages of those caught on video or give specifics, the Morning Call stated, but police officials say Eichert did not work at the theme park.

In 1996, Eichert was caught filming teens in a changing room at Wildwater Kingdom, the Morning Call added, reporting that this first arrest led to a sentence of three years probation, a $5,000 fine and an order to complete counseling.

The latest charges come from an online investigation into the sharing of child pornography, the Morning Call stated, adding that investigators obtained a warrant to search Eichert’s home, where they seized some pornographic materials that had ties to Dorney Park.
