June is right around the corner, and so is the energetic March and Festival in Philadelphia. To fully celebrate this weekend however, here are three other Pride events to check out in the city.
Philadelphia Fashion District
On June 1, from noon to 4 p.m., locals can head to the Fashion District for a mix of new events aimed to show off the city’s Pride. Highlights span a Pride Parade through The District led by the Sixers Stixers drumline, a voguing and catwalk contest (for ages 5 to 17 with a $500 prize), and a Panel Discussion featuring prominent community members and organization representatives.
Some Fashion District’s retailers will also don their own Pride displays and specials to celebrate the occasion—including an art installation titled “Rainbow Rooms” by Pierre le Riche in Wonderspaces, a new product at Torrid and Ulta, and much more.

Opulence with BOS Philly
Philadelphia’s largest LGBTQ+ Pride party will be in full swing this weekend on Saturday, June 1, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. As a release notes, taking place at the Fillmore Theater ‘Opulence’ promises not only a spectacular night of music and glamor but also stands as a testament to BOS Philly’s deep-rooted commitment to the community.
Highlights of the event include a slew of DJs including Alex Acosta and Brett Oosterhaus, a dedicated vendor space offering a diverse range of products from LGBTQ+ companies celebrating the spirit of Pride and much more. Tickets are available online now, and there are also a few different VIP options available to those who are interested.
