The Prince Music Theater will close its doors in November unless it can raise much needed funding, according to a news release.
The Board of Directors of the American Music Theater Festival, which operating the theater, announced that it will close on Nov. 30 unless it can raise $1.6 million needed to continue operations for the 2014-2015 season.
The theater claims is has had difficulty raising money since its Chairmain,Herb Lotman, died in May.
All commitments will be honored until the end of November, according to the statement.
The theater, which emerged from bankruptcy in August 2013, has been in operation since 1984.
